In his career spanning two decades, Anil has developed expertise in production planning, business development, and procurement and supply chain management. He is particularly recognised for achieving strong business results through multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholder management, new capability building, and leading change management initiatives. Prior to joining OWGP, Anil worked for Shell where he held frontline and corporate roles in products marketing, exploration and production and renewables and energy solutions in the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, and the UK. Anil graduated from METU in Turkey with a BSc in Industrial Engineering and received his MSc degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Warwick University. He is a Chartered Member of CIPS. As the OWGP Programme Director, his key objective is to contribute to the accelerated development of the UK offshore wind supply chain and supporting UK companies to maximize the economic value and highly skilled jobs they will generate.

Lynne is the Head of Programme Delivery for the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership, focusing on Business Transformation Programmes, supporting companies to increase competitiveness and productivity in the Offshore Wind Sector. She is passionate about improvement and helping supply chain companies realise their full potential and meet their ambitions. Prior to joining OWGP, Lynne accrued extensive experience working in the manufacturing sector, leading process improvement, new product introduction and research and development projects in the Aerospace industry. With an eye for detail and lean process development, she transitioned from industry into the High Value Manufacturing Catapult where she led forging, powder metallurgy and general manufacturing research projects in the Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Nuclear and Automotive sectors. Lynne is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and takes pride in mentoring developing engineers and encouraging the next generation of engineers and scientists as a STEM ambassador.

Alex MacPhie is a transformation executive and leadership strategist with deep expertise in the offshore wind industry. With over three decades of experience, Alex has led major change initiatives across energy, technology, and manufacturing sectors, delivering measurable improvements in performance, governance, and profitability. Alex joined OWGP as Executive Director of Industrial Development Strategy responsible for interpreting and evolving the Industrial Growth Plan, while continuing his role as Chief Transformation Officer at AMP PARTNERS LTD. Alex provides consultancy services focused on offshore wind innovation, technology development, and strategic transformation. His recent contributions include serving as a Technology Advisory Board member for floating wind product development. Previously, Alex held senior roles at JDR Cable Systems including CTO, where he led the development and delivery of subsea cable technologies for offshore wind and oil & gas. Alex has continued to support subsea cable system development, facilitating stakeholder engagement workshops and establishing a supply chain-led cable systems forum through the Global Underwater Hub. He holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, Certificate in Business Sustainability Management from University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) in Physical Sciences. His career reflects a commitment to innovation, leadership, and sustainable transformation in one of the world’s most dynamic industries.

As Executive Director of Investments and Projects, Jonathan's role involves the design and implementation of investment processes and the coordination of financing strategies for high-impact projects aligned with the Industrial Growth Plan. Jonathan has over 27 years investment and innovation experience mainly in the energy and sustainability sector working for firms such as 350 Investment Partners, Guinness Ventures, IP Group, Carbon Trust Investments, Coller Capital, and Flemings Investment Management. Whilst at the Carbon Trust, Jonathan established and developed the successful venture capital and business incubator activities supporting a broad range of hardware and software companies through the early stages of development. Since 2017, Jonathan has focused on delivering a range of specialist investment consulting and advisory services to Investors, Entrepreneurs, and Business Accelerators in the Energy and Sustainability sector. Jonathan holds an MSc in Environmental Technology (Energy) from Imperial College, London, an MA in Japanese Area Studies from SOAS, London University and an MA in Business Studies/French-from the University of Edinburgh.
