In his career spanning two decades, Anil has developed expertise in production planning, business development, and procurement and supply chain management. He is particularly recognised for achieving strong business results through multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholder management, new capability building, and leading change management initiatives. Prior to joining OWGP, Anil worked for Shell where he held frontline and corporate roles in products marketing, exploration and production and renewables and energy solutions in the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, and the UK. Anil graduated from METU in Turkey with a BSc in Industrial Engineering and received his MSc degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Warwick University. He is a Chartered Member of CIPS. As the OWGP Programme Director, his key objective is to contribute to the accelerated development of the UK offshore wind supply chain and supporting UK companies to maximize the economic value and highly skilled jobs they will generate.

Lynne is the Head of Programme Delivery for the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership, focusing on Business Transformation Programmes, supporting companies to increase competitiveness and productivity in the Offshore Wind Sector. She is passionate about improvement and helping supply chain companies realise their full potential and meet their ambitions. Prior to joining OWGP, Lynne accrued extensive experience working in the manufacturing sector, leading process improvement, new product introduction and research and development projects in the Aerospace industry. With an eye for detail and lean process development, she transitioned from industry into the High Value Manufacturing Catapult where she led forging, powder metallurgy and general manufacturing research projects in the Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Nuclear and Automotive sectors. Lynne is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and takes pride in mentoring developing engineers and encouraging the next generation of engineers and scientists as a STEM ambassador.

Dai works as a Senior Strategy Analyst within the OWGP team, specialising in Industrial Strategy. His role is focused on strengthening UK supply chains and driving innovation in the offshore renewable energy sector. Dai initially joined OWGP in November 2024 as Interim Programme Manager for our Business support programmes, where he helped companies enhance their competitiveness and productivity within the offshore wind sector. While fulfilling his position at OWGP, he continues to serve as Senior Academic Engagement Programme Manager at the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, where he leads cutting-edge research projects. Dai was previously employed as an Innovation Manager also within the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, helping companies to develop innovative solutions for renewable energy challenges. Dai holds an engineering doctorate in Materials Engineering from Swansea University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Marine Engineering (1st Class Honours) from Liverpool John Moores University. His academic and professional background reflects a commitment to driving innovation and supporting growth in renewable energy and engineering sectors.

Tom is a Project Manager for the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership, focusing on the Grant Funding progamme, leading the Innovation Grant competition which supports the development of new products, services, and solutions for the offshore wind sector. He is passionate about accelerating the development of innovative solutions that will strengthen the offshore wind supply chain. Prior to joining OWGP, Tom studied International Relation and Politics at the University of Dundee and then completed a Masters in Global Energy Management at the University of Strathclyde with a focus on emerging markets, technologies, and policies for offshore wind. Tom has a passion for renewable energy and creating opportunities to grow the offshore wind supply chain.
